Rob's 2010 Resume Rob Rosenfeld has a Masters Degree in International Administration and Sustainable Development and Non-Profit Administration from the Program in Intercultural Management at the School for International Training.
Rob was the founding Director of the Yukon River Inter-Tribal Watershed Council. He works as an independent consultant with Tribes and First Nations, assisting them in playing a lead role in operating their environmental programs, court systems, health programs, and gaining more of a voice in educational systems. Rob’s work with rural communities has given him the opportunity to assist in the development of Tribal partnerships with Municipalities, U.S. Fish and Wildlife, Department of Environmental Conservation, Department of Defense, U.S. Geological Survey, and the Environmental Protection Agency.
 Rob has worked in Mexico, Honduras, and Nicaragua working directly with the author of "Where There is No Doctor", "Helping Health Workers Learn," and "Disabled Village Children." While in Latin America, Rob published 3 editions of "A Listing of Organizations Working With People With Disabilities," which is published with a users manual that includes a proposal writing guide, fundraising suggestions, and networking ideas.
